Okay, some things that may help your web site really look eye catching..

Buttons With Graphics:
Add some style to your buttons. Even a simple gradient with a stroke around the button can make the button seem much less plain.

Change Your Color Scheme:
While a few people may like yellow brown and gray, they don't go too well together. Perhaps instead of a solid color, use a texture. Make the background noticeable, but not dominate the font.

Font:
Font is a huge part it making a great website. For your headers and titles, you should use a different font that goes along with your web page's theme. Since it seems you are making a Runescape fan site, perhaps something relating to medieval times?

Organization:
It's always important for the user to be able to easily find there way around your website. The side menu bar really helps here, but as your web site gets larger, you may want to consider adding a site map.

Hope this helps you with your website! And don't be afraid to go on the forums and ask for ideas either. Many people would jump to help with coding, making graphics, or lending some constructive criticism.

Thanks for help :). I'm probably gonna give up on the runescape teme because i quitted it. But thanks ^^.
